Aces support
Aces is a private app for a tennis group on Lake Como. It keeps the group's rankings, challenges and match results.
Write to aces@aces-vde.com. We usually answer within a few days.
Common questions
How do I join? Download Aces, tap Log in and then Join Aces, or use Continue with Apple. An administrator approves new players before they appear in the rankings.
I forgot my password. Tap Log in and then Forgot your password?. We email you a 6-digit code so you can choose a new one.
How do challenges work? You can challenge players up to two places above you. They have 14 days to accept and play. The full rules are at the bottom of the Challenges tab in the app.
How do I delete my account? Open My profile in the app and tap Delete my account. Your profile and photo are deleted right away. You can also write to aces@aces-vde.com.
